OUR STORY

Hi, I’m Paige, and welcome to Sylvain & Ella’s Lakeside Grill! I grew up in Niagara, surrounded by the beauty of lakefront beaches and vibrant restaurants. Growing up in the heart of Niagara Falls, where tourism is a big part of the community, I found my passion for hospitality early on. From serving customers to working in the kitchen, I’ve done it all. My summers were spent visiting family in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, where I got to enjoy some of the freshest seafood around. One of my favorite memories was gathering at beachside restaurants with family and friends, soaking up the sun, and making unforgettable memories.

Now, as a mom to my 9-year-old daughter, Ella, who can always be found by the pool or on the beach, I’m excited to bring a piece of that joy to Pine Lake Leisure. Sylvain & Ella’s Lakeside Grill is named after my daughter and my stepdad, Sylvain, who passed away in 2015. Sylvain loved the water—whether it was grabbing a case of beer and setting sail or sitting by the water at any pub or restaurant, watching the day fade into night. Naming this place in his memory feels right, and of course, my sweet little Ella insisted her name be in there too.

I created this space with a vision: to bring casual, family-friendly dining to Pine Lake Leisure, where you can gather, enjoy delicious food, and make lasting memories. I can’t wait to meet you all and share this special place with you!
